Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions
DoEcoLiving provides every customer a guaranteed delivery. If your order is delivered with delay we are ready to get your claim at sales@doecoliving.com and provide you a 40% discount code for your next order.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (The only exception is Quarter 4 of the year. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.)
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Pre-paid shipment
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. The approximate date of delivery will be displayed at checkout according to the type of delivery that you will chose.
- FREE SHIPMENT
Delivery is free for all orders over $49. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Please pay attention that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please pay attention that shipment can be done from different warehouses so you can get few tracking numbers.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours since it’s created automatically by our system.
Damages
DoEcoLiving is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
